Well, I love this idea. It gives one the image of them butting heads over sharing the bed. One sleeps still the other moves a lot. One snores keeping the other awake. Classic movie jokes.

don't know, its just something I found being repeated every now and again in comments posted on youtube so I can't say if its real.
but I also heard that there was a scene where judy introduces nick as her boyfriend to her parents cut from the film too, only to find that this one is actually confirmed by one of the directors on his twitter account, posting: "we actually had a scene like this one cut from the film, remind us to include it on the extras upon the DVD's release"
so... guess, find it on twitter, that's where some of this info can be found at least.
