This is a pony who exists as a toy, but that---to the best of my knowledge---has never appeared on the show proper.

Her name is Dewdrop Dazzle. I've seen pictures of her as a palette swap of Twilight, and pictures of her as a palette swap of Rarity---I went with Twilight for this animation. I plan to use her as a background character in my fangame, Weather Factory Meltdown.

The reason I was so interested in her was that I was looking for ponies with pets (other than the mane six) who could stand in line outside a pet food store. The idea is that Fluttershy has put down a huge order for meat-based food for her animals, and since the pet food store can't get any shipments of pet food into Ponyville (the bridges are all washed out), this requires one unicorn employee to use his magic to transmute hay and fruit into meat to fill Fluttershy's order---and this poor employee is getting exhausted, so it's taking forever to fill her order! And Fluttershy won't budge to let any other customers in until her order is filled! So...yeah, I wanted to find other pony-characters with pets who would act as background characters, standing outside, in the pouring rain, waiting to get into the store.

So I did a search for ponies with pets, and I found this adorable little unicorn. With an umbrella cutie-mark and a baby duck for a pet, I knew I just had to include her in a game whose whole premise involves a freak rainstorm!
