I need to think of a title. I suck at titles.EDIT: Thanks for all the title suggestions! I didn't expect that. I've gone with 's suggestion of 'Tactical Error' which I think is a great title.

Now this got me laughing. The last panel is the best. Mikeys "you big kid" type look is very unbecoming of him. And thats why it's funny. That Mikey the joker is being a little harsh on his older bro. Donnie looks like he's just looked up what Leo's reading and seems to be interesed while Raph has entered evil git mode. I see a lot of people think he's reading LOTR but i'm guessing it's The Hobbit. One of those two. Still, I'm not sure which uneducated swine threw that book out, but at least Leo has a good eye for classic english writing. Although he did kinda shoot himself in the foot when he gave his own analytical veiw of it. The fact that he actually compared it to the map is totally geeky. Still, it suits Leo. He seems to like British fantasy and so good on him. Now that he has given his view of the pixie travellers journey, hows he gonna manuvure out of this little hole he has dug himself?

I love the first and the last panel, and I love all of the expressions on Donnie and Raph xD
They never, ever say a word, but you can see on their faces.. *laughs*
But really, the first times I tried to tell my family (yes, even mom and dad) about something funny in one of my fantasy books, mom just gave me that look Mikey got in the last panel... and my little brother and dad gave me the one Raph got. *shivers*

Silly, silly Leo. I constantly have to go BACK and look at the maps, if only to know why they're referencing something. (LOTR for example.)

I always love how you can really bring across each of their characters simply by changing their body-language very slightly

Thanks! To me that's the most fun thing about drawing turtles. Just working out how each would be sitting, what they'd be doing as an individual and how they'd interact. It's the best bit.

Sounds like whatever he's reading is even more embarassing to admit than Eragon though. I can see the guy liking fantasy, but probably the more cerebral stuff like Lord of the Rings. Unfortunately, sometimes you gotta take what alley scrounging yields. X)
