..not a very imaginative title. This is the first time I've tried shading like this. What do you think?EDIT: Added extra shading and stuff.. still not sure if I'm finished though!

But the first I used only a mechanical pencil... not different grades and I didn't smooth the lines.
And the second is bloody awful as I just made a mess with the different grades of pencil.

This is fantastic loolaa...you are definitely one of the best tmnt artists around...and I am so glad for that.
Hope you NEVER stop liking the turtles...it would be a great loss.

I've been obsessed since I was thirteen and I'm almost 29 now, so that's.... 16 years of ninja turtles obssessing!

oh man, this is sweeet. My only suggestion is to work on some of the tonal ranges, so that the red scarf is obviously different than the purple one, and the orange is different than the blue. At the moment all the skin tones and bandana colours look the same.
The actual idea is so cool ^^. The drawing is really good, fairly realistic (they are giant turtles, though there's only so much you can do XD). Definately a keeper!

I'll add a little difference to the skin tone and bandana colours... the guys themselves are all wearing red.. I was going to colour it and have them all wearing red.. but changed my mind and did pencil shading.. but the bandanas are all still red!
When I've improved it I'm going to resubmit it.

Thanks!!! Well I haave done a little pencil shading before.. but not in the same way... I used a HB and a 4B for this one. If I use more pencil grades.. I make a mess. If I use one... it's got no depth.. so I'm experimenting. Plus this is the first time I've blended with tissue.
