As Gadget has Nozzaire tied up, still thinking he was the Chameleon in disguise, Penny calls Dudley, Kitty, and the Gadgetinis and they notice Gadget has the wrong guy again, making them wonder how they get him to see that. When Kitty remembers that the Chameleon's suit doesn't work when in contact with any liquids, Penny tells Fidget to distract him so that Dudley and Kitty can spray him with water.
