Description
After Hives ties up Roverre, revealing to the dog artist that he has started working for Dr. Claw, he has Gadget take a M.A.D. agent disguised as Roverre for a "walk." Gadget does so telling Hives that he'll see him later, he says, "Maybe, maybe not", followed by a sinister laugh. Having overheard this while minding their own business, Dudley, Kitty, and the Gadgetinis decide that they'd better call Penny.
