He's from Hasbro's My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Template made by darknessawakens13.
He's quite as comedic as Pinkie Pie and I would imagine him rivaling the Genie of the Lamp from Disney's Aladdin. He and Fluttershy seems to get along awesomely. And, if I remember correctly, Pinkie Pie seems to be easily controlled by his magic, first when she entered his worl and become it's queen temperory, and second, during the finale, when she got the amulet and summons the giant cupcake.
