Artist's note:
I didn't know whether to use the VirtuaGame artstyle for this drawing or my regular one, but since Celina already had a white outline around her I decided to roll with it.
I'm also trying new proportions for chibi art cause I kind of wanna add a bit of a cartoony flair to my art.
as for the character in the request, I really like characters with contrasting color pallets, esp the contrast between vibrant colors and black so I really had fun drawing this one.
