Lore:

Golems are creatures created by fusing magic and a material that acts as a conduit. The material can range from solid rock, to slime, to even emotions and fear. Because of this, golems can take many forms based on what material they're made of. But what all golems have in common is that they always have a core to them where everything is made.

Golems can vary in sentience based on how much magic was poured into it upon creation, but it can always gain more magic by feeding off of things related to that element.

This golem in particular was one I made myself, a golem made out of slime and rock to act as an assistant in my line of work. But something about them surprised me, even though I didn't use a large amount of magic, they seem a lot more.. lively than I expected.

For starters, it began to repeat everything I said. Even addressing itself by my name when I introduced myself to them.

Oh right, I didn't tell you my name yet.

My name is Janus Thursday. or just Jan for short.

So, I've been kinda wanting to draw a less humanoid version of Jann for a while now, but I kinda got sidetracked with other drawings and stuff. Then I did the scheduled hijacking event, and a lotto other stuff happened that kinda gummed up the works (which I'm perfectly fine with btw since I loved doing those events). But now that I'm doing a whole thingamagig about golems specifically, I wanted to start off with someone familiar. So I decided to pick Jann cause, well, this is basically Jann's semi origin story and a huge introduction to golems as a whole.

As for the lore stuff, this was in the works for months but I kinda didn't know where or when to really say it
