Done nearly late enough to be considered early for 2017... seasons greetings (summer here in Australia) and all that my friends!Just as well I'm already loopy, because there is madness to be found in painting all those scales.

Yup, there is insanity in painting scales... usually around the 1000th plus mark

this is so sharp! do you use a lot of clipping mask? lasso selections maybe? always so impressed with you neatness.

I've done couple of process videos for Imagine FX, but haven't done any just to post or anything. Spent 5 plus days painting this, so not sure how I'd compress that into something short and viewable though!
Sometimes I make selections, I use occasionally use an eraser on edges, but I just tend to be pretty tight and clean with my work anyway.
