I think Steve the gull realizes that he poops in her hair he'll lose his new found fishing source

wow, this is such an excellent work you worked out the movement perfectly, and especially the little twist of her hip is the strongest part I think.
I may only suggest you to darken some areas on the lower part, because the attention is pulled a little too much to her head I think.

Thanks! And yes, original intention was to make the water a bit darker, but got a bit lazy and didn't finish that part

Wow, this reminds me of my fathers art work, he drew girls just like this. and sometimes with a see though loincloth. This is looking real good, almost photo quality. The anatomy is spot on. did you have a model or do you know them just that well?

so great...Is the figure made up, or based on any models?

Loopydave In reply to jasonedmiston [2013-02-04 03:47:56 +0000 UTC]
Thanks Jason! Initial sketches were made up playing with shapes and pose until I was happy with the stance, look etc.... looked at some photos to clarify details like the back of the arm, foot etc in the final 'rendering' though.

I've admired your work for some time now, but this is jaw-dropping. I especially like the details here, the adornments and the cords. It's a masterwork. Don't know what more to add to the many wows, except capital letters: WOW. Thank you for sharing it here.
