Just a little follow up piece based on my last two drawings of Peaches and Cream. They have a tradition of meeting up for tea in the Lucky Cat Café a few times a week.

I've only seen the film once and I didn't pay much attention to how the café was decorated. But judging by the visible tables in this screenshot, the tables appear to be mismatched. The group's table is round whereas the table in the background with dark-haired woman is clearly more square. And I can definitely see Aunt Cass having a mixture of mismatched furniture. I also imagine there being messages like the one here on the walls, but that's probably just a headcanon of mine. The wall colour I used was eyedropped from this screenshot too, as was the colour used for the cups, though I did tweak that a bit because it came out more sludge-brown than green.

I mentioned previously that Peaches (Alice) is English. I know it's a big stereotype that all English people are obsessed with tea. I'm English myself and I hate tea. It tastes awful unless there's a ton of sugar in it and it irritates my throat so I avoid it. But almost everyone else I know drinks it all day long. xD My dad is the worst, he barely finishes one cup before starting the next! So the fact that she is drinking tea is not just her being stereotypically English, it's just something I added because I'm so used to seeing everyone drink it.

I also mentioned that Cream got her nickname because she puts fresh cream on everything. So there's a little bit of chocolate cake there, with her usual dollop of cream. Peaches got her nickname because she has the typical "peaches and cream" complexion, or at least that's what I tried to do. And of course their names just compliment each other perfectly.
