Description
continuing to explore the character of Bruce, Pan's childhood rival and fellow little shitstill learning to how draw him, pardon the inconsistencies. Moving from left to right, from the top we have:
-Lil Brucie finds an abandoned baby chick one day playing alone near the shore. After thoroughly making sure nopony else is around to see, he sneaks it home and calls it his baby, feeding her a steady diet of lizards and canned anchovies. He names her Pearlie and dotes on her like crazy (so long as nopony is watching, of course)
-oh no bruce tried to sneak his baby birdie to school but here comes dorky nosy pandora no must protect pearlie from over exuberant draconequus brat girl
-Pearlie all grown up. She's a sea hawk and trained to help Bruce fish. She wuvs her master and smothers him in feathery nuzzles and fish barf (Bruce doesn't mind)
-haha bruce your only real friend in the world is a dumb bird, what a loser
-Bruce catches a great white shark pup for tagging, as part of his future job at a marine biology lab
His character is partly an homage to my favorite conservationist ever, Steve Irwin (rip), so I guess Bruce is from whatever the Equestrian equivalent of Australia is, has a marked 'strayan accent
-exploring the visual elements of Bruce's character, it's amazing how adding thick manbrows adds so much more jerkassery to his face. Also stallions are hard to draw urgh. His face is constantly set to either scowl or smirk, depending on circumstance

Am I weird or is Bruce really hot? Like not personality hot or in the way I might be attracted to him (since he's a bully) but like physically? Even though he's a horse? It's not just me right? RIGHT?

I think it's the accent that really finished him off paired with the eyebrows. Like, the eyebrows already make him look expressive, and the accent somehow fits him perfectly. I'm not usually an accent girl but...
Also I think I ship Brandora more than Pancake now.

The more you flesh him out the more i like him and the more i'm torn between shipping Pancake or Pandroa and Bruce
If you keep this up you might find yourself doing an awkward pregnancy scene were Pandora tells Bruce he's the father.
then again, being a magical being of chaos she could probably conceive with Cupcake as well, which would kinda explain Oddballs more subdued behaviorΒ

Dang, puberty did him good. Love his design. Don't know if I want to hug him for his cute tender side or punch him in the face for being mean to Pan. You did well, at least he's not another Diamond Tiara or Silver Spoon.

You need to draw Bruce acting like Steve Irwin, sneaking up in the bushes with a camera guy watching Pandora like in Steve's show.

By their very nature Pannus-Dorkus are very easy to annoy and have been known to shoot Lazers when aggravated.
