idk, vent art maybe? Artemis eats something tasty. Maybe meat, maybe strawberry jelly, who knowsalthough i spend a lot of time drawing cutesy fluff, at my core i'll always love drawing the grotesque. Meat, bones, big slobbery teeth, etc

Artemis is strongly effected by the moon.Β On Blood Moons they become extremely volatile. One such moon,Β Jamboree Sandwich tries to comfort them...
The next morning, Artemis wakes up with blood on their muzzle. They look across the room and realize that the blood is Jam.Β

Jamboree giddily strode through the halls of the castle.
After the guard had rested his head for a moment, she merrily drove past him. But not after drawing a dark moustache on his snoring snout with a marker.
"Artie? Artie, where are ya'?" she slowed, entering the perimeter of the heir's bedroom.
She poked her head into the door, expecting to find them
"There you are~!"
Her colorful and bright eyes seeped into a dull, afraid tone as Artemis turned their head. The beautiful sharp teeth that secretly frightened Jamboree were flared, and it took a moment for the filly to realize the maroon liquid dripping from their teeth. It leaked from a darker red sludge that was clamped in her jaws.
She cowered in fear behind the door where she stood.
"A... A-Artemis...?"

Nah, more like Jamboree dared Artie to eat her latest reciepe, Cherry Jamboree Pie! Except that Artie wouldn't. And Jam was insistant and threw the pie at her (dna to throw cooked food ya know) and hit her in the eye and muzzle. Artie then managed to eat what pie she couldΒ while Jam was worried. So Artie tried to smile reassuringly. Β Poor Jam can't say how terrifying it looks.

The diamond dog stared on in horror as the dark equine like creature bared its fangs, ... wait fangs?Β Ponies don't have fangs!Β Confusion was short lived as he felt the warm flow of blood cascade down his arm.Β Any closer and the deep gash would have been at his throat.Β He heard the soft whimper of his prey.Β A pink chatty pony he was going to take. π: 0 β©: 1
The dog bared his fangs as best he could.Β But his growl fell short as he saw the large wings flare out in defiance.Β The pink pony was no longer in sight.Β Only the dark wings, and the gleaming white teeth stained in red.Β His red.Β It was then the pony spoke.Β His voice loud and harsh.Β With the force of a midnight gale.
With a determined hoof stepping forward, the wounded dog took off as fast as his paws could carry him.Β His yelps echoing as they faded into the night.Β Labored breaths could be heard as the young heir tried to calm his rage.Β Jam lifted her head to look at the spot where her would-be captor once stood.
The two ponies walked home beneath the stars.Β The full moon illuminating their path.Β Jam couldn't resist moving a little closer.Β Resting her head against Artimis's neck.Β Feelng safe under the dark azure sky.
I hope it's jam, since you know...horses are herbivores >w<
