idk, vent art maybe? Artemis eats something tasty. Maybe meat, maybe strawberry jelly, who knowsalthough i spend a lot of time drawing cutesy fluff, at my core i'll always love drawing the grotesque. Meat, bones, big slobbery teeth, etc

I feel you on that one. My gallery's mostly cute stuff but hoo boy do I love drawing some big ol' slobbery monsters and their many pointy teefs. Mix that with some mild body horror and yeh sign me the heck up.
On a related note, you did an amazing job drawing Artemis' teeth! The contrast between them and their shading really make them pop, too. c:

One small thing: The gap of the upper teeth is a bit out of place. If Artemis lost their tooth during a commotion, that might be a interesting story worth seeing in another picture.

If Artemis is part owl, do they ever cough up pellets?
I remember on a previous deviation of your's: one commenter asked how Artemis got their fangs, given that owls are toothless and horses herbivorous. Perhaps their sharp teeth are an evolutionary throwback to the dinosaur ancestors of owls? I know scientists are trying to genetically alter chickens to restore their teeth and other ancestral traits.
Sorry for the rant. Cool picture! I get wanting to balance sweetness and light with some gore.
