I don't know why, but she didn't tell to anyone in comments for this picture that she traced this from photo or may be did not trace exactly but used a ref.
because there is a photo with that "great pose" and "eyes" and bla bla bla.
that's not fear to draw and post without making something that's got not only your style and technique but also contains some other's idea or art.

What's wrong with using references? You still need talent in order to draw and paint what you see. That is a big part of art, writing, and music... taking from the world, and making it your own.

but...it'n not fair not to tell it to everyone that ref.were used.
people are mistaken and think that everything in this or that picture is absolutely and only an artist's fantasy. but that's not.
