I love this picture. And your artwork in general. I was given the first volume of your artbook by a friend for Christmas two days ago, and I'm still gloating over it and flipping through it every 10 minutes XD We're also using this picture in our bi-weekly writing challenge promts (we send a picture to eachother and each try to write its story) so it will soon have some interesting interpretations ^-^

I think the colours you've used look great, but what really makes them work with this picture is the type of media you used. The fact that you placed the subject at the top of the page is a refreshing change from most pieces you see, and I thought the butterflies a nice touch. The overall effect is something that, to me, simply exudes creativity. Great job.
