This whale just completely made my day. The explosion of color on its back, and the city growing on top, and it's just so happy to be floating around. Also, I like the little girl below. Just noticed her. This piece is so..well I don't think weird covers it..but it's sort of dark, yet so happy. Confusing, but I enjoy it a lot. Nice work!
