I always like the expressiveness of your character's faces and the water looks very natural for CG, the only nit I have to pick is the bottom of her clothing kinda blends into the tattoo because of it's shape and color. At first, I thought she was wearing a top but no bottom. Maybe if it was a brighter color like green or gold it would be easier to see that it was clothing and not part of the tattoo.
Back to the good stuff: The guy in the trees and the expression on the fish's face are the kind of details I've come to expect and enjoy in your work. Thank you for posting and letting us comment on it!

This is REALLY great! But one word of advice, if it's a woman, it should have real woman curves and not such large 'assets' Other than that I think it's beautiful and incredibly original.
