Description
This is unfortunately finished. My painting program, "Corel" crashed before i could finish this and this is all i could get done. There's soo much incomplete, but it's not so wretched as is. I hope to get "corel working again so i can finish this.

PS: i got the back ground off google for searching parchment, and the stylish victorian border was off google as well.

EDIT: i replaced the image with a slightly more refined version of what i already had, but still un finished. . .
