This was old just a teenage junior concept but it fit well with how he could look as an adult. I gave him a scar on his neck to remind him of that fateful day where he met destoroyah and lost his father.

The boy has grown into a man, and into a king, a quiet king

Junior mostly sticks to himself. Not bothering to destroy cities when he's not the godzilla who felt that burning hatred for humanity as he was more used to people. Sometimes scientists visit the island, he gets curious once and a while and sometimes goes right to them to make sure everything is alright and to his liking. Unlike his father this godzilla prefers to stick to eating plants where his father would eat large schools of fish and pods of whales and giant squid. Junior is peaceful unless challenged by another kaiju which is rare, most of the new discovered kaiju don't mess with him just due to his intimidating glare.
