This picture really described my mood at the time it was drawn. It was then pencil shaded over about a week (I usually don't spend that much time on stuff) and edited from pointers from one of my art teachers.Related content

just by looking at this one you can really feel the the emotion it convays without showing facial expression! and by that you've given her better visual impact

It's just amazing, the toning, shading, the soft lines of the pencil, the countours, the texture of the feathers and the highlights off the hair!

I love this picture!!! The way she seems so agonized with her hand, more like a claw, clutching the ground. The use of red is so wonderful too!!! And her hair is so wavy and shiny!!!!

As usual, I like the highlights you manage to add. Makes me feel inferior, and at the same time very sad. The pose is done very well, and the wings are very well done, but the amount of feathers almost overdoes it in regards to the suffering that the girl (Lore, I take it) seems to be feeling.
Wonderful work. Well worth the time spent shading, if you ask me. And the Cepia tone of the whole thing gives it an overtone of feeling like a memory.
But then... I think you get the point. ^_^
