hi!I did a pencil on paper drawing to start with and then scanned and finished the painting in photoshop.I hope you like it.

came in after seeing amrita and saw this wonderful picture . so beautiful - the colors are great , the way the hummingbirds play off the color of her cape and the background compliments it - not sure what else could have been done to make this any better .

For a second there before I enlarged the image I though the person was real but when I enlarged it is was a drawing. That is seriously impressive artwork peice. What an amazing job you did I give it two thumbs up!!!

I love how rich the colors are...even without the birds (which are beautifully done, by the way), the warm cast of the light makes me think of deep tropical areas or hot exotic countries like India. I can almost taste the spice in the air!
