Just a sketch! I can't believe it, I just can't! It's way too beautiful and stunning to just be a sketch! Β I love how you gave him more muscle mass, he has been a ninja for fifteen years and has had to build up some muscle in that time, right? I also think the color choice is great. Β The red is a definite "BACK OFF!" while the purple gives off the feeling of Donnie's natural "calm and self-control" attitude. Β JUST BEAUTIFUL!

I hope you don't mind if I comment twice, but I just noticed that you made Donnie's neck thicker than it actually is in the show, and I really like that because it makes him look stronger. More solid. It gives him a more powerful vibe here; like no seriously do not mess with Donnie. I understand what the creators of the show were trying to do when they crafted his design, but he's a ninja too. Let him look like one, darn it. I also noticed that you shaded his mask so that it's apparent that there's a nose there too. I thought that was pretty cool; that Donnie's mask isn't just bent to indicate that his nose is there, but I can see that it is. And I couldn't quite figure it out earlier, but I like the colors because the purple gives the picture a calm, serious tone, while the red is a definite warning.

Thanks for the comment! I'm always happy when people pay attention to the details and comment on them (: yeah, when drawing/painting/whatever this pic I deviated from the style of the show intentionally because I wanted to make Donnie look more serious, more dangerous and more realistic maybe (:
