yes, considering I am 15 as well. I have learned it is best to either go through a store and buy it (at most it is 20 bucks) or wait a while. the Library will not have it since it is a fairly new book, and well, libraries, are pretty damn slow.
it is good....not sure if this is a spoil, but be prepared for tears, and Bob the Titan....and the good giant (can't remember his name)

eh, I have preferences. what kind of story it has, setting, the main character, all the usual stuff. if it passes 3/5 of the test, then I give it a read.
still though, I do find it a little weird how bad some movies are even though they are based off good books (example: every Stephan King book, Percy Jackson movie)
