This is for 's fan game.Blue's hair was a nightmare to do! I tried lots of times, but eventually I got it right. This may be subject to more changes, hence the title, "WIP".
If you have any suggestions or constructive criticism, I'd love to hear them. I'm very inexperienced in this style, so any help is warmly welcomed.
