Nurgle, also known as the Great Unclean and many other names by his followers, is one of the Four Chaos Powers. Embrace his filthy path and you shall know no fear for death, for he is illness, death and decay in person.

Everything has to rot, fortresses fall to ruins, civilizations are cleansed from the surface of worlds, young men go to ashes, women age and fade like roses... Nurgle is a symbol of hope for those who feel condemned but are strong enough to want to live a little longer for any price.

Although Nurgle is a god of evil, his concerns go to his "children", to keep them alive anyway, bring them joy, will to fight the fate.

He is often described as a generous deity that covers his worshippers with clusters, maggots, scars and hideous skin deaseases. Mere men hardly welcome this generosity but those he chose accept it as a great reward.

His followers look dreadful, rotten, consumed by madness and illness, unable to feel pain, eager to spread their plague and their master's faith all around the universe. Their doomed armies gather from time to time in a merry and irresistible crowd... and due to their own nature eventually dissolve and disapear, just like a dead corpse does.

But the destructions they leave behind them are the seeds of the next cohort of despaired.
