evolving from eevee with high friendship while holding a poison barb. sludgeon's body, despite always dripping. never goes too far from them.

in fact, even being washed away by water will simply cause sludgeon to float away. most often times to other regions

so yeah made a custom eeveelution, of course the name and even concept isn't final so feel free to put sugestions!

also may draw some more fanmade eeveelutions in the future.
