Description
The first film of the DC Extended Universe.

After crash-landing on Earth and being adopted by Martha (Diane Lane) and Jonathan Kent (Kevin Costner), a human alien (Henry Cavill) learns that he is of the destroyed planet Krypton, and that he is destined to protect the Earth from any coming threats. He finds this role challenging however when General Zod (Michael Shannon) emerges to destroy humanity.

Also starring Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Russell Crowe.
