New method = Instead of using the smudge tool to smudge the soft brushes around, you can go to filter and go to distort, click wave, click randomize and click ok. Thats actually what I did, but I said to smudge, either way works good and gets similar results. I am srry I wasnt clear in this tut. Lazy me, I promise I wont make a tut again if I will be lazy, I will make it very easy to read next time!
