I drew up some references for the princesses for my next gen.: Small Info Dump :
Luna: Celestia has stepped down as ruler and handed her place to Luna, who has matured during her time by her sister's side. I feel that Princess Luna would grow taller as she ages, She hasn't changed much appearance wise but she does act more assured, taking her role as a ruler and now a mother very seriously.

Cadence: Cadence is still the ruler of the Crystal Empire. She's grown to look more mature and spends most of her day ensuring the prosperity of her empire. She's been guiding her daughter, Flurry Heart, teaching her how to be a good ruler and helping her get ready for her future position.

Twilight Sparkle: Twilight acts as the figure head for friendship. She still lives in her castle residing in ponyville, she and Sun Burst help magically gifted ponies with studies and mentor a few of the most notable ones.

Flurry Heart: Flurry Heart is a free spirit. She travels around Equestria spreading love where ever she goes, no one can keep track of her leaving Cadence and Shining Armour worried sick for their daughter. The only one who has any idea where she is at a time is Mayhem.
I like to image she grows up to look a lot like her mother, same body type and eye shape but has a similar personality to her father (A massive nerd).
