NOT MY CHARACTER!!I thought I might as well put that first...
This is a concept for a human Bill Cipher, from the show Gravity Falls. The design I made was inspired by multiple pieces of fan art from other people online that I have seen. It is in no way official to the show and I am in no way affiliated with the people who have created it. I am actually working on a piece with my little human Bill with the dawn of the Weirdmaggedon.
