West of Astaroth, north of Særaphroþ lies Kii, the forest of the Wood Elves. The youngest of the three princesses Amaranth is as close to a Tsundere as I ever hope to get. (I don't like you Geric, you book spell using baka!)

She resents her position as 3rd in line, not for want of power, but as being "the extra princess". Her older sister Kinoa is the backup to Jasmina, so she's the back-up of a back-up. She puts on a brash and mean, cruel even demeanor to shoe any dukes or princes who might want to enter into a diplomatic marriage. Eventually she is lined up to marry a Nephalli prince, 7th in line. But, Geric crashes the wedding in Særaphroth.
