A watercolor piece for an assignment at school. We were to use our hearts on the first layer. Then destroy it by pouring water over it and smearing it. Then after that dried, there were some nice water marks where it was. Watercolor and poster paint on the last step.Related content

haha. I had a similar assignment recently. the best part of it was being in the canyons very early in the day. . listening to the rush of the water, and breathing the fresh air. . My finished product was nowhere NEAR as good as this. Lovely.

is that some corrolation i see? .. what is it on? i have no idea how to spell that but .. the stuff underneath the first layer of cardboard. i really love all your abstract stuff. you are an amazing artist!

a beautiful piece. i love rushing water, i grew up tramping in the new zealand bush, so im probably a bit biased . you have a lot of talent, good luck with the school and i'll check through some more of your work

What an interesting process .. care to go into more detail? :] I'd like to try something like that -- sounds fun! The end result is lovely. What are poster paints? I was curious how you got watercolors to look so opaque.. but I guess the poster paints explain that. ^_^ I'd critique the piece, but I have no criticism to give .. I love it!
