Description
It's been awhile since I posted anything new.I caught the preview of the new Cartoon Network show from the creators of Ben 10, "Generator Rex". I figured good or bad, I should draw something quick or I would keep putting it off like I have been with Ben 10 AF (which I really like).

Man of action did some work on Teen titans the series too. I love the show despite my mild disappointment with The newest version of Ben 10.

I thought the same thing (well, late teen anyway) after I looked at some official stuff. I might fix it.
I drew it without reference a few days after seeing the preview. His tech is a little off also.

I actually missed it. I went to set it on the DVR, but decided I wanted it to record in the other room, then I totally forgot. Oops, I should catch later airing.

Yep, I caught a later airing.
Some things I liked, some not so much.
It was clearly influenced by FLCL (which I love) in the action scene. Unfortunately it also has a lot of american animation clichΓ©s (like so-so color, no background music, and dumbed down dialog...MAN!)
Pretty much what I expected.

The actions scenes I LOVE. The style was really impressive and unexpected. But I did also notice just how dumbed down the dialogue was. Not as bad as Ben 10 can get, but still. It didn't bother me all that much, though. and I totally didn't notice the lack of background music until now. o.o
Gladyou caught a later showing though! I enjoy it.

Yup, lots of hype over the new show, I can tell that a lot of people are excited about it, unlike with Ben 10 originally because that was it's own thing and nobody knew what to expect. But MOA has come a long way now, so it should be good, if not, even better.
