My guess at what's going on:
The four are in the middle of a conversation, Yukiki looks over at Hanana and can't help a small loving look because he likes to see her smile. She notices him gazing at her and thus smiles directly at him, now looking at him lovingly as well. And of course since he was staring at her, he defiantly catches it, and because his reputation is endanger since he is in front of two other keronians of the Corps and now blushing even more, he pulls his hat down over his head in hopes of hiding the fact that he's nothing but a softy at heart over Hanana from them.

No, that was just my interpretation of this comic. So, that just proves how well you draw emotions and expressions from your head to paper ^^
