It's the animated version of a photomanipulation of a drawing by Jiraiya I made months ago

The story:
A group of friends is having fun, pitching challenge to each other. They were doing the Banana/Sprite challenge, but they play a trick on him. They force him to swallow a couple of pills before, saying that they will help him accomplish the challenge.

The pills: some muscle relaxants to distend his abdominal muscles, some stomach relaxants to let it inflate has much as it can, and many anti-nausea to make sure everything stay in his belly.

Having successfully done the challenge with 3 bananas, they told him to eat at least 5. He ate them, his belly growing a little, and then, he sucks the entire content of the 2 liters Sprite bottle. He was proud of himself for a couple seconds, until a growling sound came from his belly...

His belly began to grow in every direction, becoming a giant ball. He fell his skin stretch to the maximum, shinning like it's about to burst.

He drops on the couch, inflating until it stops. The pills that he took made his belly inflated like that for a couple of days, expanding his belly for good ... until the next challenge!
