His color scheme is mostly toned down/closer to more neutral grays because tungsten metal is gray (like literally any other metal except a few). His belt has the number "74" because it's the atomic number of tungsten. The "W" on his shirt is the element's symbol (from Wolfram), and it's supposed to look similar to lightbulb filament because tungsten is usually used to make the filaments of lightbulbs. And why is he flexing in this image? He's ridiculously strong, which is because of tungsten's high strength and density.
