The cover to my Naruto doujinshi.
As the title may or may not suggest this will be a retelling of the Naruto story line after the time skip. The goal of this is to have it feel closer to part 1 of Naruto (pre timeskip for you anime watchers) and give characters besides Naruto and Sasuke the chance to shine (Yes. Even you Sakura!). The characters will develop differently, the deaths will be shifted around, the world building will be altered, and the villains will be mainly the Akatsuki and Orochimaru. (Good bye Obito, Madara and Kaguya! Sorry, not sorry...)

The first arc will be the Kazekage rescue arc. The first chapter will have the majority of the similarities to the source material. Afterwards you'll see the difference.
I expect this arc to take 10-11 twenty page chapters. And once it's finished I'll get to show you guys what I'm really planning with this comic!
