While we are on wing corrections, the spacing of quill knobs Velociraptor would have around 15 secondaries, so yours likely has too few.

I love the roadrunner like look on this one (I still think roadrunners are among the best analogy for velociraptor)

This is lovely, however the wings are far too large (even taking into account Zhenyaunlong) as well as being the wrong snap. You could tweak it a little by making the last few primaries closest to the body gradually get shorter, and vise versa for the secondaries. That and reduce the size a good 35ish percent.
