I found it!

Ok, a bit of info first: This is a Dish-Hilt Rapier. The hilt itself is designed for either left or right handed wielders comfortably. It's also hilt heavy, making the blade itself light and all in the wrist.

This design itself has been used, to my knowledge, by two separate characters of two separate genres of the same subject.

The subject being The Three Musketeers!
First by Rochefort in the 2011 Movie and Second by Athos from the 2014 BBC series.
