Sorry that I'm not the photographer, but I thought I'd answer anyway. 
Mostly it's an over exposure, possibly exaggerated [exposure] that can easily be accomplished in photoshop or any of the photo programs out there. I think, if memory serves me correctly, that its [aperture?] levels in photo shop that you adjust to get this washed out or over exposed look. Adjusting the contrasts and brightness/lightness can be done too to add a certain affect.

Very nice depth of field in this.
The leopard print (and the rest of her outfit, really) works great with the colors of the field.
And she's got very nice cheeks.
