These days I feel like I've drawn too many creatures with WINGS.... all right most of them are Pit.
That's not the question, the question is I'M NOT GOOD AT DRAWING WINGS!
About the picture, it's the girl reading for that owl.
He's too old to read the book with his eyes.

I'm not very good at wings myself. I have to look up tutorials on how wings are shaped and how the feathers lie, and then I still never remember all that later on.
