Another piece that started off as a random practice and well~ it went off course againAnd so another rare occasion where there's no backstory from me.
Yeah~~~ it made it to the event, althought I had to replace my other piece during the event

This is a beautiful painting.
I found it by a reverse image search, because there is a particular developer on the Android Marketplace who is helping himself to a lot of deviantart material.

I really hope you granted them permission to use and profit from your work. If you did not, I would highly recommend that you use this form to report their abuse of your work.

This same developer has stolen scores of pieces from DeviantArt and is using them to profit in their Android Wallpaper development. If some artists would complain, their account would be banned.
Again, beautiful work, and I hope you are making a share of the profit this developer is reaping from this piece.

Okay I have no idea how to get the Digital signature part of the complaint to work -_-....

Digital Signature in this case just means type your name exactly as it appears above where you stated your name as being the artist and copyright holder.
I should think if you provide the link to your work here, and to the entry in the Marketplace catalog that I linked above, you should be providing them with all the evidence they need.

As an artist one of the things I despise the most is seeing someone's art stolen and re-sold for a profit, when the artist sees no return on their work.
I hope the Android Marketplace reprimands this developer for doing wrong.

Hello, just saw this post about someone using your work without permission! terrible practice. The person in question should in fact know better and I would recommend sending a lawyers letter to recover any dollars they made from ripping you. Check out an org called CAL. They collect and distribute copyright royalties internationally. Best of luck and love your work.
