I like the way you colored each of them realistically. I've seen some where their colors are those of human skin, but their hair is the only thing remaining true. I like it like this.
Also, their personalities really show though in the poses you picked.

I think Rarity defiantly needs to be more elegant and striking, perhaps wearing some sort of extraordinary dress. Other than that, this is so cool and spot on!

Could you make a more contast version of your scetches? They are really great (except for some minor things like Pinkie's shoes), but it's hard to see the details.
