I made this piece originally trying to practice my shading and realism. I was inspired to jump into my graphite art again after missing it. I hadn’t picked up a pencil in a while and was feeling euphoric once I did. I was also having relationship issues at the time and this made me feel like myself again. I chose to draw an eye because they’re literally the windows to the world. Eyes are so unique which is also why I was inspired to draw this one. I hope this makes you feel something.
