Of Course it is! God, I want to go to Switzerland so badly! My parents went when they were in college and they both had the time of their lives there. It's currently my #1 place I want to go in the world.

Very nice photo, I like the way that the clouds are organized coming from the light-point. The placement of the horizon on the top thirds line works wonders for this shot. My only possible suggestion would be to stop up the aperture and draw out the exposure a bit to give the water a more glassy feel, but at the same time the freezing of the other elements on the water itself (the birds to the left) is very well done and help to make the shot.
