In yet another installment of this G.I. Joe and Transformers crossover comic, Duke and Bumblebee notice the Dreadnoks (members shown are Road Pig, Zarana and Zartan), which has them conclude that the missing people they've been sent to find can't be too far.

Sergeant Savage and Joe Colton show up to scare off the Dreadnoks. Meanwhile, General Blitz and Decepticon Pretender Skullgrin are nearby and choose to wait until Skullgrin learns of what the Autobots are doing here.

Zartan is revealed to have told Zarana to keep an eye on our heroes as he reports his progress to Major Bludd, the Autobot Punch takes the responsibility of delivering Decepticon spy Doubledealer to a correctional facility and Roadblock asks Joe Colton to explain where he, Sergeant Savage, General Blitz and Skullgrin were all these years.

Joe explains that the reason for the four individuals' disappearance decades ago was because there was a machine that sent them all through a time vortex and that they had just recently resurfaced in the present day. Joe in turn asks the Joes and the Autobots to explain their history.
