Captain Carrot asks Tawky Tawny, Lotion the Cat, Ch'p of the Green Lantern Corps and the Super-Pets (Krypto and Bat-Cow pictured, not pictured are Jumpa the Kanga and Damian Wayne/Robin's cat Alfred/Bat-Cat) to help him rescue his captured teammates and defeat an alliance formed by the villains Ra's Al Paca, the Porker (a porcine counterpart to the Joker who is an enemy of Batman's Justa Lotta Animals counterpart Batmouse) and Basil Saveen (Funnyland's counterpart to Tom Strong's nemesis and half-brother Paul Saveen).
Ch'p immediately agrees to help Captain Carrot, while the other superheroes at the park (the Golden Age Green Lantern Alan Scott and the Doom Patrol members Robotman, Gar Logan/Beast Boy/Changeling/Animal Man II and Dorothy Spinner) opt to move on with their own activities while staying in touch so they can help when needed.
At the villains' lair, we see Yankee Poodle scowl at the fiends while Alley-Kat-Abra insists that the villains will lose for sure as soon as Captain Carrot returns with the reinforcements he was sent to recruit.
Ra's Al Paca is unfazed, while the Porker gloats that with the male members of the Zoo Crew and the Justa Lotta Animals as well as Warren Strong sent to some other dimension, the women who confronted these villains (the female members of the respective teams as well as Warren Strong's wife Patience and his three daughters Topsy, Turvy and Fluffytail/Delilah) are glued to where they're seated and will have their forthcoming demises filmed. I spontaneously decided to include Snarleen Quinzel, the anthropmorphic hyena version of Harley Quinn among the Council of Quinn featured in the Harley Screws Up the DCU miniseries (which I hate to pieces, by the way), as the Porker's lackey, since there was a good chance she came from the Justa Lotta Animals' universe (and I consider Snarly Quinn one of the few redeeming qualities of that juvenile dumpster fire. You'd think the guy who wrote the Suicide Squad tie-in for Convergence would have the skill to make a story about Harley Quinn time-traveling and attempting to undo her accidental erasure of the DC superheroes from history an enjoyable story, but he had to screw it up with tasteless gags like Barry Allen getting covered in monkey urine when his origin was restored to the timeline and ending it with a completely unfunny and excessively mean-spirited "Aquaman sucks" bit by revealing that Aquaman was still erased from existence and having that change somehow affect his other counterparts in the multiverse).
To complete the trinity of villains' gloating, Basil Saveen makes it clear he intends to eat the remains of his enemy's wife and daughters after they are killed. Fluffytail "Delilah" Strong is certain that the bad guys won't win, and is especially peeved that Ra's Al Paca, the Porker and Basil Saveen have resorted to the dated cliche of putting females in a death trap and assuming they're completely helpless to avoid their imminent deaths.
