Yet another story idea I saw fit to get out of the way ASAP.

We start with Michelangelo and Venus de Milo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles bemoaning the bad news that's been in the world lately (in particular, Mikey is upset to hear of the death of Kevin Conroy, best known for voicing the DCAU incarnation of Batman, and Venus is upset that Florida governor Ron DeSantis got reelected and that the Sunshine State will surely suffer under the next four years of his fascist nonsense).

A renegade member of the Rank who serves as a spy for the Turtles (in fact my interpretation of the benign member of the Rank from that one episode of Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation) shows up to provide Venus with a list of anthropomorphic animals Venus is chummy with and whom the Dragon Lord hopes to devour to become more powerful (Dragon Lord wanting to eat the Turtles was one aspect of the character I found interesting, and for some reason I chose to escalate that to him believing that eating ANY anthropomorphic animal, whether their state is from mutation, being alien in origin or even unexplained circumstances, will make him stronger).

Raphael can hardly wait to start kicking some Rank butt, and we see the Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald incarnations of Hamburglar and Birdie the Early Bird in a karate session, Birdie's intent being so that she and Hamburglar are better prepared the next time they are endangered by a threat not typically encountered in McDonaldland.

Birdie's suspicions are vindicated when the Dragon Lord's son Dragon Skull shows up to capture her while alluding to have already captured her regular counterpart, but Birdie herself is of course not that thrilled that she is once again in danger of being eaten by someone.
